I would open a life transformation facility filled with therapists and fitness experts. My business would help my clients transform their body as well as their mind. My business would provide therapeutic services in order to help them work through any mental issues. In between therapy sessions, the client would gradually move to the physical aspect of the program, working with a trainer to develop a healthier lifestyle. This would help change the world by creating a better environment filled with mentally and physically sound people. My business would not only tackle mental issues like depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and PTSD, but also physical issues like obesity or anorexia. But make no mistake; clients do not have to suffer from any serious illnesses, physically or mentally. Anyone can enter the program. With a wide array of therapists and fitness experts, my clients would be able to choose which therapist and fitness expert works for them, in order to make sure that they are successful in the program.
I intend to make this a reality, by first graduating with a double major in psychology and business. I am currently on track to become a personal trainer and I intend to work as one while in school. I would then get my masters in counseling psychology, gain experience in the counseling field and continue to contact potential therapists and fitness experts who may want to work with me, while also saving up for my first building.
