When people begin growing up, they want to be the typical doctor or lawyer. However, my childhood was rough when I was growing up. My father wasn’t a part of my life and my mother was a major alcoholic and we moved from house to house every 3 months. By the time I was in 6th grade I had moved out of my house and into one of my older sisters home. When I started my freshman year of highschool I began thinking about what I should do with the rest of my life. I soon discovered that I would love to be a child psychologist and help children who have been abused and neglected. The way I was raised made me have a huge heart and want to aide other children who have experienced similar lives as me. So if I could have one dream job, it would be to be a child psychologist. In the long run though, I’m not sure if my heart would be able to handle the pain of seeing children in those situations.
