Lifting weights anyone can do it I do it to stay fit and healthy. It can change the way we live, nowadays people become lazy or less active with exercising more often hitting the gym pumping iron it can help you everyday to be more healthy and active. Being out there even for a walk can make a difference in the way you live. I have a dream that one day I can open up my own gym for people to workout and enjoying it as well making goals for themselves and have pre-workouts and supplements for them to enhance there workout experiences. I for one have a passion of lifting weights not just to workout and get strong but to better my health it’s like a benefit you workout and get healthy at the same time as you do so. Living in a life of struggle with my weight was difficult for me, but I eventually grew out of it. Once I hit the gym and not only lost the weight but learned about my health and the risk that could happen by not exercising your body can hurt you. I learned that by being unhealthy and never working out in your life can be a drag especially when it comes to gaining weight. As you grow older it gets harder for you to develop your strength in your muscles. I encourage everyone to exercise more often and stay healthy you could do so much more and reach the extra mile to do anything in life by being fit and healthy.
