If I could make a living doing what I love most, I would be a dance performer, and the world would know more about the fine art of dancing. Many people today think of dancing as simply moving around to the rhythm of the music for fun, but that’s not all that dancing is, not by a long shot. Dancing is a source of expression that is unparalleled by any other form of art. When you express yourself in a dance, you’re using not only the music, but also your own movements and expressions to tell a story, no matter how long or short, or how serious or playful. Also, dance is an art form that can be understood by all, and breaks down any language barrier between cultures. To make this dream a reality, I would practice day and night until my dancing was good enough to enter the best dance schools. After I got in, I would continue to perfect my dancing until it was performance-ready, and then, audition for a prestigious ballet, or other dance performance. After I was given the opportunity to prove myself, I would start to show the world the true art of dance, one performance at a time.
