The one thing in life that I am most passionate about is the art of cooking. My dream is to establish a thriving restaurant as a memorial to my father who kindled my passion for food. Once established I would aim to change the world by donating a portion from every dollar profited to a reputable charity whose mission is to fight world hunger. I would accomplish this by working with distributors who offer quality products at a discounted costs. I would use a strict measurement system to keep usage and food costs to a minimum, and eliminate waste by finding alternative uses for scraps and waste products. Do so will keep expenses low and profits high. I would build and maintain a strong customer base by setting a high standard and sticking to it. I would not only aim to provide excellent products to my customers but I would also strive to achieve the golden standard of service to my valued guests every day.
