The health and well being of mankind has always been the world’s number one priority. As a Physical Therapist and accredited nutritionist, I would have the ability to provide people with proper knowledge and understanding of the importance to maintaining a healthy lifestyle with a well balanced diet and skill set of good muscular exercise to match. With the correct tools, children and adults of the world could decline from an ever-rising number of obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and so on which results in billions of deaths ever year. Many foreign countries have little to no resources in obtaining information regarding a healthy lifestyle. As a professional in the industry of health and conditioning with a fruitful knowledge base for therapies and self-treatment, these contributions in the form of teaching would not only broaden the spectrum of healthier nations but also show what it really means to lend a helping hand and the essence of working together. Nelson Mandela, a former president of South Africa once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. I believe the teaching and passing of knowledge to less fortunate or unknowing individuals allows us to unite and share a common passion and work together in obtaining a common goal. If I could do anything I loved for a living it would be to provide service to people of self-betterment in the fitness and nutritional aspects of life for a healthier future.
