If I do everything within in my power to earn a living doing what I love the most in this world, it would be doing stand-up comedy at sold out arenas. I know I can change the world through laughter because nothing is funnier to people than having a comedian point out a tragic flaw within them that forces the audience to then look at themselves and have a good laugh over the fact they too share that hilarious flaw. In order to accomplish these sold-out shows, I would of course have to get booed of stage at the very least one hundred times. I am perfectly fine with accepting the fact I might get booed off The Apollo Theater Stage. Only through bombing so many times can I then fine-tune my set, become a master of my craft and get to change the perspective my audience has about the world around, hopefully changing it for the better.
The same way that comedians, such as George Carlin, Robin Williams, Dave Chappelle, Kevin Hart and countless others have become legends of stand-up, is the exact same way I want to be seen as. Dissecting things formerly seen as taboo, making fun of proverbial elephants in the rooms, addressing issues with a comedic twist to them. I can see myself doing stand-up comedy for the rest of my life, be successful in doing and earn a living doing what I love the most.
