I have always been passionate about helping people through their pain and misery, and in addition I always had an affinity for sports. So, I asked myself, how could I treat people and still be involved in some type of sport related career. And that is when I decided to peruse a career as a physician in Sports Medicine. Some people do not see sports as just an entertainment, but they consider them as a part of their lives. Mixed Martial Artists have a vast background in a variety of cultures and have a deep respect for the sport where they lived their lives learning the ways of those arts. Soccer players play for the representation of their home, club and most of all their people. Athletes in a variety of sports all over the world are constantly getting injured and their entire career is put on the line on whether they can function as an effective player or not. As a physician who is not only obligated to help and treat athletes but the sick as well, I am able to care and treat athletic injuries enabling the players to go back and practice the sport they lived to love and support their fans. Where would the Argentinian national soccer team be if Messi was injured and unable to play in the World Cup or MMA fighter Jon Jones who is the youngest Light Heavy weight champion in UFC. Fans all over the world depend on sports physicians to help carry their players out through the sport.
