If I could earn a living doing what I loved most, I would be a soccer player for the US Men’s National Team. Now it may be difficult to see how a mere soccer player can change the world as opposed to world leaders and scientists, but I feel I could change the world a different way. Soccer is by far the world’s most popular sport and is capable if inspiring millions worldwide. In soccer, the United States is not a world power in comparison to Brazil, Germany, Italy, and Argentina. The goal I would set to change the world and make my dream a reality and by doing the impossible and winning the World Cup for the US. I feel doing so will change both the US and the world. During the World Cup, there was so much unity among Americans as they watched Team USA in the world cup, it was just incredible seeing that. By winning the World Cup, I feel the US could be able to embrace soccer. In regards to changing the world, I feel a US victory would be able to inspire other countries worldwide and ultimately spread soccer even further. For a long time, soccer has been strictly associated with traditional powers, a US victory would greatly benefit other countries, giving them hope and inspiration that anything is possible. And with that those other countries would pay more attention to their national teams and they would too become united.
