I love to help people in any way possible, so I chose a medical career path. Everyone will get sick at some point in life and I want to be there when they do. Not everyone has the money or insurance policy to cover all medical expenses and because of that I want to start a free clinic that will help those who cannot financially help themselves. I come from a family where money was always a task, so I personally understand how difficult it is not having a steady income. I also want to start a scholarship that will help future doctors take their first steps towards achieving something they thought would never happen. I am only going to college because of scholarships and I want to one day help a student like me go on to bigger and better things. And maybe one day the student that I help reach their dreams decides they want to help others too by giving away money to people who deserve and need it, but more importantly give their time to the community as a whole because you can get money endlessly, but you only have a limited time on earth to give away and because of that time is greater than money in every aspect. Changing the world is an impossible task alone, so I want to help as many people as possible so they too can have an opportunity to better the world in any way.
