Nutrition Success
If I could earn a living do what I love most it would be helping people. I enjoy educating people in areas that I have been adequately trained. Learning about the importance of diet and exercise has been a lifelong process for me. I have looked for the magical way to be thin and healthy and it just does not exist.
Teaching people about nutrition and watching them transform once they have incorporated healthy diet and exercise into their lifestyle is so gratifying. Learning how to eat healthy and enjoy it can change your whole attitude. Over the past several years I have been preparing nutritious meals and freezing them in meal size packages for easy access. I have shared them with my family and friends; when they eat my deliciously prepared meals and tell me how much they enjoyed them it makes me want to share my expertise with more people.
Everyone should set attainable goals for themselves. When you are in a good mood and your body has received the nutrients that it needs you feel good about reaching your goals. Obesity and related diseases are a growing epidemic in our country and I would like to help deplete it. Being in good health helps improve your mood which leads to success.
I would love to earn a living teaching people how to be successful in all aspects of their life. With all my years of cooking experience and a business degree I will be well on my way to success and everyone is welcome to follow.
