Ever since I was eight years old, the art of dance has been my passion. My dream job is to be a choreographer because I have seen first hand how art can change people’s lives forever in a very positive way. Dance teachers and choreographers are able to connect with their dancers in incredible ways that I have seen first hand and I would love to be able to inspire young dancers all around the world. My first step in this process is to get into college and during the summer I would like to attend the Broadway Dance Center Professional Semester to further my dance education. Then I would like to work at a dance studio, and one day open up my own studio where I can teach students the passion for dance that I possess. Based on my experience, dance is one of the most influential and powerful tools that humans have in this world. My main goal is to acquire the tools of teaching that a college can give me and use them in the best way possible for my future students.
