Not every occupation can provide you with the one thing that you need in order to make it in this life… Money! In order to make it in the career path that you desire, you need to have had money to begin with. Whether you’re in need of a college degree, a certification or a place to start a business, these steps in the right direction require money that many citizens just don’t have.
As silly as it may sound, the one thing that really makes me happy is Cheerleading. The controversial sport allowed me to vent through complex body movements and stunting. Not to mention that being a part of a team throughout my High school career and freshman year of college really made me feel supported.
Not being able to join an all-star team (due to lack of money) when I was younger made me crave the need to cheer for the years that I missed out on. Since I wasn’t able to enhance my skills by being introduced to the sport at an earlier time, I would like to give that privilege to other young children. My dream is to open a free, competitive cheer gym for those who cant afford all-star gym prices.
Since I don’t have the money to open up my own gym, I will continue to pursue my bachelor’s degree in sociology; and raise money with the career path I have to follow, in order to make my dreams come true.
