My new life would be so much better if I went back to school to become a medical billing and coding person. Right now I am a criminal justice major at Everest University online. I am a mother of two girls one of them is 10 the other is 7. My husband and I are very happy to have our girls for this long. Even though I no longer have my kids I still want to set an example of myself for my kids. My world would change for the better if I was going to this new school and after I graduate from Everest I was planning on going to the University of Phoenix to get my bachelors in healthcare administration which I would specialize in medical billing and coding. I know that this is a complete one eighty in schooling but I really want to be a medical billing and coding specialist.
As of right now my children are getting put up for adoption as soon as we go to court and the judge takes our rights away. We know who is going to adopt them and we are hoping and praying that we can still keep in contact with them. As of now I live off of the government assistance. I get food stamps, social security and SSI. My goal is to come off of all types of government assistance and work for a living. I would love to buy a home for my family to live in and maybe a car for me to drive.
As you can tell this scholarship will help me out a lot with my schooling and my life. I would be able to do a lot more things with my schooling. I just want to take my time out and thank you for reading my essay.
