Life is not perfect and to keep moving forward, one must keep dreaming. If I were a yoga instructor, I could easily say that my life is a dream come true. This may be an untraditional job, however, there are many benefits to this job and lifestyle. Being a yoga instructor, I would easily begin to change people’s lives. Yoga is an activity that incorporates meditation, proper breathing techniques, stretching, and balancing all together. With every workout, people notice how their mind and body changes, whether they begin to sleep better, feel more relaxed or even just happier and appreciate the beauty of life.
To become a yoga instructor I would first have to receive a college degree in business. I would then take classes to become a yoga instructor. After some time of building experience, I would like to open my own yoga studio. I would lower the membership cost so that many people could attend because the main idea is spreading positivity. The great thing about this would be the smile on people’s faces and their eagerness to come and workout, meditate, reflect on their day or week. Reflection helps feel the presence of the moment and carry on making decisions that benefit personal lives.
If I start with a small group of people, I have no doubt that their happiness will spread through their families and friends. This is exactly how our world can change and unite into a comfortable and happy place to live. Namaste.
