If I could earn a living doing what I love the most it would be cooking. The reason why I chose cooking is because it is way to bring the family close and a way to relax. I have come to realize that obesity is a problem in the world and many of the reasons why most people battle a problem with their health is because of poor eating habits. I grew up in a family where there were around seven people in a house, and not everyone was working. The problem with this is we had to always find a way to make our money stretch; meaning that dinner was sometimes the dollar menu at McDonalds. This was not the healthiest choice at all and because of that, I would end up getting sick constantly. The way that I would use my cooking to change the world is by one day creating recipe books that allow family members to be able to eat healthy as well on a budget. The way that it would change the world is by helping families to become healthier and stop most of the illnesses that unhealthy eating has caused them. my goals into making this dream a reality, is first begin to create meals that are unhealthy and incorporate more ingredients in them, share my recipes online on a blog so that others can do them, and create recipes for my friends and family to enjoy at home without breaking their bank accounts.
