I absolutely love music and helping others. If I were to earn a living doing something I love, I would become a music teacher. I would change the world though the new generation by encouragement, and teaching lessons.
I had a teacher in high school that taught history, which I struggled with. He was the best teacher I have ever had because he encouraged his students to learn. This made me want to be the best that I could be, not just in history but in other classes as well. Any classwork that I thought was pointless in my life, he gave meaning and encouraged me to finish. He is a great inspiration to me and when I become a teacher I want to do precisely that. I will do my best to encourage all of my students to thrive in their lives as friends, students, and etcetera.
I intend to teach music but also little lessons that students can use in life. For example, working well with others, getting work done without procrastination, being a leader, being confident with themselves, and of course music. As been said by Norman M Weinberger on his website (http://www.musica.uci.edu/mrn/V1I2F94.html) a study shows that music helps children in academics.
My main goal to change the world is to help the next generation grow up to be better than the last. Then hopefully they will follow my example and do as I did creating a domino effect.
