If I could earn a living doing what I love the most, I would be a Christian missionary. I had the chance to go to Poland for two weeks and do missions work while simultaneously running and teaching English at a summer camp. I was blessed enough to witness teenagers make the decision to follow God while encouraging them to speak English. I could see how happy it made them that we would take the time to come visit them; and they were thrilled to expand their English skills. All around, it not only changed their lives, it enriched my life as well. To make this dream a reality I would need more experience in missions work with the safety net of an organization before stepping out on my own. I also would like to make enough money to attend a bible college to further my understanding of what I’m evangelizing. Lastly I would need to narrow down a location to work. I believe everyone could benefit from missions work, however I also understand that to make the most impact, I would need to focus on just a few locations. I can’t help someone if they don’t trust or know me. Stability and reliability are important in this field. Evangelizing through missionary work has really changed my life and I would love to continue to make a difference in other people’s lives.
