If I could earn a living doing what I love most it would definitely be by helping others through healthy eating and exercise. I have a huge passion for exercise and learning how the body works. Throughout the past year or so I have been learning more about nutrition and the serious effects it has on our bodies. Seeing so many people get sick, people that are dying, and just unhealthy and might not even realize is sad to me! People need to understand that they can change the way they live in such a positive way and prevent more than half the diseases that are around.
People need to be more informed on how much of an impact their daily choices have on their lives. I want to change the world by helping people loose weight and to overall become healthier. The Earth would be cleaner, there would be less global warming, people would be living longer and just living happier lives.
Goals that I am setting and in the process of achieving are going to college and receiving an appropriate degree, going to graduate school and lastly by opening my own business that’s main goal would be to benefit others and making the world a happier and healthier place. So far, I am studying Exercise Science at Hofstra University and will be completed in December of 2015.
