If I could make a living loving what I do I would have to choose being a chef./restauranteur. Not in the capacity of being a high end chef in an upscale restaurant where only a select few can afford to eat. I want to bring good home style food at a reasonable price to anyone who is hungry. I want to have a restaurant with a sliding scale of price. You pay what you can and if you can afford to pay a little more you may be able to completely cover the cost of a meal for someone who cannot afford a dinner. I want to be able to feed people without having to turn anyone away. Food brings us together. It can ignite memories of our childhood and of those we love. It does so much more than nourish our bodies, foods that we have a strong emotional connection with can nourish our souls. Food is my passion.
