If I could earn a living at what I love to do most, it would be to rebuild, restore, and uplift people by reinvesting back into their communities through high skilled job training, awareness training, and second chance programs for starters. I love build computers and also design webpages by making something out of nothing. My dream is to one day rebuild a community and recycle the profits back into the community and have the workers buy stock into the business and expand to other areas to model the same. Train your replacement is what I believe in and show them that you truly are about meeting their needs, people tend to work their best if they feel valued. I would reach out for bigger business to invest in small town, but the ownership will reside with the people and not result in a takeover. Invite government, private sector, and other stakeholders to model and expand programs. There are many skilled workers that can still spread their knowledge via hands on teaching, regardless of age. I plan on opening up a center the encompasses a one stop shop: to include dental, medical screening, food pantry, senior center, pet care, hobby center, and entertainment for everyone. All of this takes a big imitation, lots of money, and plenty of help. The only profits I would like to make is enough to sustain for no less than 10 years and turn it over to the next generation to continue. It’s not about getting rich, just “Living the Dream”.
