I love the human body, it is so fascinating to think that billions of tiny cells, take care of us and make us whole. I’ve always been interested in medicine and treating people since I was in elementary school. As the years go by the medical field keeps advancing and our population is getting healthier and healthier. Right now, a man lives up to about 80 years old due to our advancements in health and it fascinates me how the life expectancy keeps increasing.
Becoming registered nurse is my dream and I am on the right path the fulfill it by attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas this fall. As an RN (registered nurse) I know I would see multiple patients every day, and I would administer their shots needed and take blood. I would help a vast number of people from getting sick and help them discover any health problems they might have at the time, or they might have in the future. I would potentially save a lot of lives and with my knowledge in nursing I would also volunteer in many places to make sure every one is taking care of and has had the proper immunizations so everyone else can remain healthy as well. It will be very rigorous but in the end I will be doing what I love and helping people, families and cities.
