The hustle and bustle of everyday life is beyond exhausting; we tend to pass right by those that are in need, who have more than exhaustion on their face, they have worries and fears. We go home to a bed and to a meal, they do not. The homeless population is growing everyday and I have a special place in my heart that feels their pain. I would like to make a living helping them! Every time I see someone standing on the corner asking for money I want to know their story, I want to help. What kind of job gives me this opportunity? I have no idea, but it would be time consuming and low paying I am sure. It is so hard to earn a living and help others in need. It would be the ideal job to earn money and be able to really have a heart for what you do, but how many jobs like that are actually out there? This is where education plays a role. I plan on attending law school next year and work to receive my law degree to practice law. Then I hope wherever I am practicing and whatever I am doing I am able to reach out to the homeless population and help bring them forward with me. This is where my heart lies and I hope that one day I am able to help them just as so many people have helped me along the way.
