My dream job is to sit in a corporate office in a tall building and huge city where my job is to fire people who are inefficient at their job. It is my overall plan to be in charge of weeding out the bad eggs within a company I work for. Everyone has encountered a co-worker or manager who just doesn’t fit and flow and I want to be the person who finds and terminates those specific people. The way that I would change the world with this position is by not only terminating these people and leaving them to fend on their own but by help these people through retraining or relocating them to find a place where they can actually be of benefit. I have set out a specific career development plan to follow to achieve my human resource goals it starts with my current university, Southern New Hampshire University, where I am studying business administration with a concentration in Human Resources. My education goals are to finish my bachelor’s degree in three years, begin working in a HR office as a recruiter, then return to school to finish my masters and MBA. I plan on working my way around the different functions of human resources and developing my leadership skills to eventually become an executive leader within a large company. Currently I am not limiting my options to specific companies or locations.
