Two passions in life for me would be physical fitness and food; I love food and I hate fat. Healthy living is a staple that many people never get into the habit of really sticking with for the long run. “It costs too much” or “It doesn’t taste good” or “I don’t have the time” are all commonalities that a lot of individuals spew from their mouths without really trying.
If I could make a living off of solely working out and eating the right foods, in hopes that it would be instilled in the minds of everyone around the world and it being the only option for them, I would choose that over anything else. Being physically healthy is what we all should strive for. If everyone took a small portion of their day to do some sort of exercise even for as small as thirty minutes daily (asking for approximately 2% of your time in day) then the health levels across the board in things such as heart problems or diabetes could be significantly reduced.
To further the actions I would believe my passion coupled together would make many places more agriculturally sound vice just industrial and we can reverse the pandemic formerly known as obesity especially amongst the adolescent ages.
