I love to barbeque, grill, cook-out, and enjoy the outdoors while I am cooking. I would open a barbeque restaurant with the best tasting ribs on the planet. The ribs would be so tender that they would melt in your mouth and tickle your taste buds. There would be an area for patrons to rest after they had eaten because they would have enjoyed their meals so much they would want a nap.
People are always the happiest when they have a great meal and have friends and family to share their experience with. The ambiance of the restaurant would make them feel like that was their own home and backyard. The servers would make the customers feel like they were family – even if they were having a bad day. A must have for any cook-out or in this case family restaurant would be the greatest tasting side dishes in the world.
The side dishes would consist of baked-beans full of bacon and seasoned to a tee. Coleslaw like only your mom makes. The greens would have to be picked daily just to keep up with the demand from the public. And you cannot have a barbeque without have something sweet and cold – that’s where the iced tea and lemonade come into play. People would travel from different countries just to sample the ribs and finally the world would be at peace; for a piece of our ribs; and that is without the sauce.
