Words are something we see all the time. Most people read at least once a day, whether it be online, in a book, a magazine, advertisement, etc. Words and how we get our news go hand in hand. Some read, hear it, or see it, the written word though is one of the most popular way that news travels. It could be a post on social media or a news article in the paper, either way we all get news usually someway with the written word. I want to be a part of that process. If I could have any job it would be a journalist and I would use that to change the world by getting information to people. Information is key to our survival. What food we eat, what we should do in certain situations, directions, medicine, etc. These all use the written word to display information we need. I would like to be a part of that workforce though, that is why I want to be a journalist, to help get information to people as soon as possible. If there are riots in our home country or another, I want to be able to report and inform the citizens of that county and others, of the event. I want to go undercover to help uncover truths about sketchy resources people may be using. I want to be a detective, a thought provoker, an analyst, a spy, and most importantly a journalist, who will educate and inspire others.
