If I could earn a living doing what I love it would be to open up an academic and athletic center in Chicago focused on helping athletes who struggle within their academics who are from the less fortunate areas of the city. After going to Eastern Illinois University for two years I realized how many athletes struggle within their academics and are often times just pushed through their courses to pass so that they can play. My goal is to focus on athletes and help them improve their academics so that they can be a great role model on and off the field. I love working with children, I love sports, and I love being able to help people, so being able to apply all three of these aspects to one common goal would be a dream come true. Eventually after becoming established in Chicago within this business I would then love to expand the company to other states, and eventually become nationwide. I believe the term “dumb jock” needs to be eliminated from our society, and I would love to be the force behind the movement To start this company off I would like to team up with professional athletes from Chicago teams, and professors from colleges to help better the children and the society as a whole. Then, I would like to expand to other states. . Overall, when I do become successful in my career path I will then start this project of mine so I can help athletes all over the world become elite student athletes in the classroom and on the field.
