After losing 45 pounds, I felt a strong urge to help others do the same. I want to help fight obesity. I started with myself and now I want to pay it forward. Obesity is a preventable disease that many Americans die from each day.
My desire is to coach and train people on ways of eating proper nutrition and exercising. In order to fully help make this become a reality, I must educate myself but I want more than just a certificate on the wall that says I am qualified to train you. I want a degree. I have found a degree program that will help me make my dreams come true.
My purpose in life is to teach others how to live a healthier lifestyle. Whether it is in a gym setting or their home, I will be rewarded when they reach their goals of weight loss and transformation. I am not just after a paycheck. I will be rewarded when they succeed in meeting their goals.
I truly want to make a difference in someone’s life. I want to provide people with a wellness program designed to reverse obesity and its damaging effects on their body. I hope to help people find the quality of life that they thought they had lost forever. I want to provide them a sense of hope and wellbeing. I want to make a difference in their life and show them that it is possible to live a healthier lifestyle.
