As a young woman I always loved to draw and love to get my drawings put up on the fridge, it was my own since of accomplishment and change to the household. Now I am currently studying to be a Graphic Designer at the Art Institute of California. This question hit home because I am doing exactly what I want to be doing for my career. I love every aspect of the Art community. I can talk hours to my friends or husband about art and the science behind it. Before I started college I was a self-taught artist that didn’t have a direction to push my talents, but with the help of the graphic design teachers I have taken my art skills to the next level.
My most immediate goals are to continue studying with unwavering dedication to making my design art the closest thing to perfection. After I graduate school I would like to sign on with a design studio for a few years to create a good foundation of experience in the graphic design world. Eventually I would like to branch out to my own studio and work to lead the design community in quality designs. I want aspiring art students to look at corporate logos, emblems, or business cards and ask who designed these. My studio wouldn’t change the world, it’s just so big. My studio and I would change the art community and inspire future art students.
