In terms of popularity, springboard diving is the quiet mouse among roaring lions within the world of sports. Through this pastime, the world will change by showing people the undiscovered talents that they might own themselves. Technical by nature; as graceful as the soaring flight of birds by form; no one knows what their body is capable of until they’ve tested it.

Naturally, diving is filled with excitement and is healthy; with the exposure of the sun’s rays, this encourages the access to vital amounts of vitamin D. The sport creates a foundation of confidence within each respective diver; with the management of a fear of heights, or waters plunging to the depths of thirteen to seventeen feet, this sport increases a person’s trust with their own body.

Through planning, dreams become real when actions are put behind thoughts to push them into reality. My specific steps to make the exposure of springboard diving gain the recognition it deserves utilizes a simple formula, reach out to children and teens alike from various athletic backgrounds.

From there, I’ll display the refined power of diving through the performance of impressive dives with controlled execution. Let the curious students have the chance to experience the sensation of the diving boards themselves. And after experimenting with the basics, if they wish to learn more, then an entire world of skills has just opened to a diver with great potential. And I carry out my goal of sharing the enjoyment this sport has brought me.
