If I could earn a living doing what I love the most it would be sign language with special educated kids. I have always had a passion with helping the special educated and have always loved to sign language. Having an autistic brother and deaf great grandparents, contributed to my love and passion for both. I have always had this fascination of the deaf and sign language. I have been surrounded by the deaf culture since birth. I have also spent most of my life volunteering with the special educated. I have done theater through my local Parks and Public Works with them. As well as playing soccer and basketball with them through Special Olympics.
I can change the world in how people see the deaf and the special educated. I would make people more aware of the troubles the Deaf community has today as well as the beauty of the language by teaching classes in ASL and making programs for the special educated. It would change the world in how people communicate. It will make the lives of these deaf special educated people feel more a part of the community when they see people using sign. I would change the world for them a little at a time.
