Earning a living isn’t as easy as it was in the past, but if it were possible to do so while doing what I love I would be traveling the globe from the minute I graduate. This world is full of wonder, beauty, hope, and happiness; however, hidden even in the most beautiful sites, it is also wrought with illness and poverty—and that’s where I come in. Using my skills learned while receiving my pharmaceutical doctorate combined with my passion and drive to travel, I would work with an organization that provides life saving medicine to worldwide communities in need. My work will help to eradicate curable, yet deadly diseases in impoverished areas. In order to actualize these aspirations, I will continue to volunteer at my local children’s hospital while attending Northeastern University for a PharmD. Gaining experience and medical knowledge, I will graduate able to help patients worldwide. I will find organizations that mirror my goals to be able to travel and see the world while making people as healthy and beautiful as their surroundings. Everyone should be able to be fully alive while making a living, living a happy and rewarding life rather than unhappily pushing papers for the rest of days. In the future, I know I will be living my dream as a pediatric pharmacist, but I couldn’t imagine a better life than spreading my knowledge and expertise across the globe.
