If I could earn a living doing what I love and change the world, I would still be a photographer. Photography has become a passion of mine that has allowed me to grow as a person and see the world in a new way. When I started photography during my junior year of high school, it was just work, it was part of my assignments for yearbook, but it developed into something more. As my skills developed I began to see the world differently. I looked for the little things in life like the flowers and the bugs or focusing on a small piece like the eyes or ring. By photographing in this way, I gained a new appreciation for how precious and invaluable life is. This year I have grown even more, having the confidence to share my photos with the entire world. I hope that in doing so, my photos can do for others what they have already done for me and if it fits to change the world then my job will be fulfilled. I am not sure how something so simple could change the world, but if one picture is worth a thousand words, as they say, then it should be able to inspire, persuade, change views, or give hope. Even if I just affect the life of one person in the world then my duties to change the world have been fulfilled.
