If I had the chance to help change the world; influence the world in a positive way? I would write music for my generation, to help them deal with their pain and struggles. I would like to inspire others to keep pushing, to accomplish their goals when times are tough. Music makes a large impact on today’s younger generations, as said “you get what you listen to”. In other words, if you listen to negative music and non-sense then negative things come abroad. Music and writing can be used as a great stress reliever. My favorite artist would have to be J-Cole. He writes about your everyday problems, and issues. I can really look to him when I’m going through hard times. I can relate to various topics that he writes about. I wouldn’t say I want to be a rapper or singer, but the person that writes music for the artist to use in their music. Writing music that will help others make it through the day; the music that gives you chills because everything in the verse relates to your daily life. I plan to make a college blog one day, where I post inspirational blogs, poems, and videos. This way others can express themselves and comment positive advice to keep the everyday college student going. I wouldn’t say I want to change the world, but making an huge impact would be great.
