If I could earn a living doing what I love most, I would give a voice to children who are currently in the system also known as foster care. The United States is filled with kids all over that are struggling with their everyday lives because they are missing a certain factor in their lives, which is a family. If I had the money and the resources to go and spread the word, give them all the necessities they don’t have right now I would be gone in a heartbeat to all around the country. These children are in need of not just family, but friends too and to give them a shoulder to cry on, I would be there everyday. I feel that we need to help our kids that are in the system because if we can’t change the lives of our own countries people then how can we move onto the bigger problem; the kids of the world. To make these dreams of the kids and mine a reality is a lot of work. There are many volunteer groups, non-profit organizations, internships that I have to start at to be able to get my foot in the door. I plan on doing these things within the next year or so and meeting kids and hearing their stories. The greatest impact you can make on someone no matter whom he or she are or where they come from, is to be their friend and to give them love.
