If I could earn a living doing what I love, then I would be a personal trainer. I believe becoming a personal trainer can help change average people’s lives into something extraordinary or just different. According to cdc.gov more than one third of American adults are obese. Now imagine the constant struggle they have to go through every day from it being a struggle to putting on their shoes to needing help getting off the couch. Now picture it being worse for kids having to deal with school and possibly bulling from other kids. All that can affect someone emotionally and cause them to loose motivation in the world. If I was a personal trainer I would do everything I could to spread the word about obesity and how they can change their lives. Being a personal trainer I would help every individual reach their goals every step of the way. I would see their self-confidence rise as they become healthy and fit; they would become more outgoing and just enjoy their own lives, feeling good waking up in the morning. The more people are aware of obesity and the diseases it can cause like diabetes then I’m sure they would want to change their lives forever and I would make sure they know everything there is about obesity and how they can change it.
