If I could earn a living by doing what I love most it would be exercising. I love being able to work out and get stronger because of it. If I got paid just by doing that, then I would never slack off! I would be very organized about it. First I would start off on calves and legs. I would work them with weights and by running long distance and sprints. The next day I would work on lower abs. Tuesday would be upper abs and chest. Wednesday would be my days for just arms. I am talking biceps and triceps along with forearms. The next day would be back muscles and trapezius muscles. Friday would be spent resting all the muscles for a full recovery. Then on Saturday, I would do a sport or something for my workout.
As for changing the world, I would advertise my program worldwide. I would start by advertising locally, real small. Then once people see the amazing results then they could start working out too. Of course, they wouldn’t have to work out every day like me. They would only be encouraged to exercise as much as they could for a better and healthier lifestyle. Once I get local attention, it would be time to advertise through the internet. I would make home videos that have step by step, easy, do it yourself workouts. It would be my own program for the advancement of health for people through exercise.
