In our world our life revolves around our mobile devices, whether it is a cell phone, or a tablet, or a laptop. In my future I plan to be setting up the foundations and enhancing the experience of how we interact with our devices and our world. Writing code for many is probably boring and tedious; however, for me it is a passion that I know will be my future, and also the future of many. New improvements in user interface and artificial intelligence have brought us smart phones and the ability to have everything we need bundled into a tiny touchscreen computer that fits in our pocket. My goal is to create a new interface one where we are attached to it and can use it with our thoughts and emotions where it can personalize our searches depending on what we are thinking or how we feel. With a technology like this everything would be highly personalized and your technology would be able to predict your intentions and be a partner to your everyday life. With my knowledge and the knowledge I gain at my university I plan to get my bachelor’s degree and then go on to get a master’s degree and work with multiple companies to develop an emotion and thought controlled personalized user interface. With my persistence and quick-to-learn abilities I will power my way through my education and develop a new future for all of us.
