If I could get paid doing what I love the most, well, I would continue parenting my two year daughter. I believe that our children are the future; future presidents, future doctors, future teachers, and even our future mail personnel. Having my daughter at barely twenty years old has given such an insight on the parents of today and societies view towards “us”.
I think today, more than ever, there is a serious lacking of family togetherness. Families do not sit down for dinner like they once did and when one member has an audition or play, it is very common for only parents to attend. I believe in supporting your family and being their safety net, whether young or old.
To change the world, I plan on showing my daughter these values. I never want to miss her big moments. I want her to remember the support and the love our family has shown, that way when she’s a mother, she can teach her children the very same things. I believe that closer knit families can lead to less troubled kids in school, less bullying, and even better grades; all things which can lead to lessened crimes within our adult communities.
I found the meaning of true happiness and true love when I had my daughter and showing her the best person she can be, is my definition of making the world a better place… getting paid would just be a bonus!
