To care for those who are hurt and ailing is the dream I have. I wish to become a nurse and care for those who need it. I started off volunteering at a hospital mostly doing little chores for the nurses. When I graduated high school, I was accepted in to the Certified Nursing Assistant program. I achieved that goal in January 2013. From there I continued my general education and applied to nursing school which I will start nursing school in August. After nursing school I will continue my education and work towards my bachelor’s degree. Though my ultimate goal after receiving my bachelor’s degree is to go back to school once more and earn my master’s degree. This will allow me to open my own clinic and serve as a family health care provider. As a family health care provider I will be allowed to serve those in the community the best way possible, through direct care and treatment. I also wish to provide care to those not only with insurance, but to those without insurance and/or poor insurance. This is will provide health care to those veterans suffering from not being able to afford health care. After talking with a man that had to decide whether he was going to buy ice, because he lived under a bridge, or pay for health care; I wish to make a difference.
