Business is a dirty, dark, and tricky world. The men and women who enter this world with good hearts and good intentions slip into greed and selfishness. Many who can make it through the world with good hearts fail and their own business or business opportunities do not make it. The men and women who thrive and conquer the top of the world cut down all the other roots and protect themselves from competition. Business can also be used to help others in a way that has not been seen by the up and coming business men and women. Latino families suffer from poor living and racism from other ethnicities. To many people have the image of a Mexican as a low end worker, trouble maker or even a people who do not belong in the US. If I were to obtain the position of my dreams I would change that image forever. I would show that you do not have to be tied down to you ethnicity to succeed and I will show that to the world to all races. My business would provide the security of a stable job to provide for their families. I would also make it my personal business to make sure the wellbeing of my employees is in tip top shape. My business would also generate charities to help other teens in my position no matter their race, just dependent on their dreams, aspirations and cause.
