Growing up I never knew what I wanted to do or what career path I wanted to choose. As I got older it seemed logical to become a doctor since it was something all parents hoped their child would become. If I had the option of earning a living doing something I loved it would be helping others. As a young child I would help people and not even know it, but seeing a smile on another persons face and knowing I’m the reason they’re smiling makes me feel better as a person. When I was younger I would donate my old clothes to children who needed them and have continued to do so until this day. I’ve volunteered in soup kitchens and nursing homes and would do it everyday if I could. Volunteering and helping people in need was something my mother taught me and has made me the person I am today. If I was able to do this and get payed for it I would love to travel to countries that really need help and help make the world a better place, knowing that I helped another person in need. The goals I would set are getting a group of people together to volunteer and finding funding to help third world countries. With this being said helping others is something I love doing and will continue to do no matter what career path I go down.
