If I could earn a living doing what I love most, It would be teaching the world how to lead a healthy lifestyle; by incorporating fresh, nutritious, delicious food with a personalized exercise routine, sedentary, processed-food-filled lifestyle would decline, along with obesity and diabetes.
I have been a vegetarian my whole life. Because of that, I am well educated about the diverse variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and how to incorporate them into my daily diet. I have accumulated many different recipes, so I am well prepared to accommodate the range of taste preferences and cooking skills I would encounter. To spread knowledge of the benefits of fresh food, I can set up affordable cooking lessons, and use the money to volunteer to teach large groups of people around the world essential cooking skills.
As well as different tastes for food, people need an exercise plan that fits smoothly into their unique daily lives. Since my life has always been filled with multiple activities, volunteer work, and music lessons, it has been a challenge to maintain a regular workout plan. Thanks to my practical experience with efficient scheduling, teaching others would be easy, and effective. Creating an easily accessible app that tells one when they’re able to exercise would be the most effective and practical teaching tool.
Because I enjoy cooking and physical activity, I think it would be eye-opening and fulfilling to teach others to love leading healthy, active lives as much as I do.
