The Filmmaker

My whole life I have always loved watching films. Everyone in my family loves to watch films going to the movies are one of our favorite hobbies. I have always looked up to the people behind the scenes instead of looking up to actors. I think actors are great I just believe the people behind the scenes do more to enhance the film. I idolize people in film making who were directors or the person who tells the actors what to do. I idolize people like Steven Spielberg, Spike Lee, Christopher Nolan, Oliver Stone, Quentin Tarantino, and George Lucas. When I was a kid a wanted to grow up and be just like them. My dream job would to be a director.
I think directors are story tellers. Just like the author who writes the book the director tells a story through the art of moving images. I would love to be a director because my movies would change the world. They would change the way people view topics, like slavery and the civil rights movement. They would advocate the growth of education and not the putting down of marriage and other very positive things. My movies would be striving for change.
Filmmakers are great I have look up to them every since I was a small child. I would love to earn a living doing this for the rest of my life because this is what I love to do and would enjoy it. Film making is great.
