When someone refers to a doctor, it is assumed that the doctor is going to care for that person and give them the treatment they deserve. Although doctors are great at treating patients, they are unable to give all their patients treatments that are affordable. I have desired the position of a doctor since I was a little girl and it became my lifelong dream because I wanted a job that involved helping people. I love helping people because it gives me a sensation of accomplishment, and I hope that I will feel the same satisfaction when I become a doctor. I want to be a doctor who cares for their patients and works hard to help the patient as well as find other forms of medicine that are affordable. Growing up in the lower class has shown me that people struggle every day to afford daily necessities and that is why they resort to no healthcare. I want these people to be able to afford healthcare and not worry about the price, therefore restoring faith in doctors. I want to show compassion towards my patients and give them the reassurance that healthcare is possible. I hope that my small gestures of kindness and love will grow enough to, not only change the world, but help future generations excel and prosper.
