If I could earn a living doing what I love, then I would become a teacher. I have always loved children and have wanted to be an educator ever since I was young. My plan to become a teacher started with my graduation from high school. I knew that the only way to become a teacher was to get my diploma and enroll into a college with a great education program. I also knew that I couldn’t just take average classes so I decided to be a part of the magnet program at Parkville High School. I was accepted into Salisbury University who had an excellent education program and I am currently working on earning all the money to pay my tuition off. Once I am back on campus as a sophomore, I will be focusing on my studies and trying to make the dean’s list. I have already created my schedule and I am estimating what I will need for the books required for my classes. I am continuously trying to complete scholarships so that I can afford going back to school. My parents do not have the funds to help me out so I am paying for my education with grants and scholarships. I plan to be back on campus and when I am the goal is to get into the education program with a major in Elementary Education with a minor in Spanish by my junior year.
