I remember the first time I saw my father cook. It was like watching a music conductor’s gestures while listening to the sounds of a beautiful melody as he made art with food. The combination of vibrant colors and amazing aromas made my senses come alive. It’s a feeling that is inevitable. I experience this every time I step into a kitchen, nothing I want more. I hope to create some of the best dishes that anyone can endure. I want to be able to have someone taste my food and realize that it’s much more than just a mixture of ingredients but a plate of art. I want them to see the joy and commitment it takes to make a dish, it isn’t just a job, but a passion. I want the world to realize that if I didn’t have this desire, there would be no restaurants, or food establishments. This passion is much more than a little hobby. Its a dream.
