Thinking of one dream job for me would owning my own daycare. I have always worked in daycares growing up as I pursued my educational degrees. The name of it would be “Wonderfully Made Daycare Learning Center”. I have always loved being around children. Somehow of another my house was considered to be the children’s house. Children came over with my kids to play, get advice, and just spend time. I can say teaching and helping children is one of my greatest loves. I want children to understand that by going to school and grasping the foundation of Elementary School and Middle School paves the way to what they are going to do with their future when they enter High School and farther their education beyond that.
With me going to college right after high school helped me understand at least that I didn’t want to work just to be working. I wanted to enjoy what I did. So I had to farther my education to help with this process. Was it hard? Yes, and that’s my point to kids no matter how hard something is if you want it bad enough and it means so much to you, you will strive for it.
Now I have mastered two degrees; ASS. Arts and B.A. English which has helped me in teaching 6th Grade Language Arts. Now, I have to go back to school for my middle grades certification. But one thing is sure, I am not working minim wage.
