Out of all the dreams I’ve wanted to become as I grew up, I had the most fascination from Physical Therapy. Dreaming of being a NBA player to lawyer I figured that PT suits me best because I have a strong concern for other’s health and also a love for physical activities. When I was younger, my mother was caught in a horrendous car accident which created lots of late night worries for me as a child thinking my mom wasn’t going to be well. Attempting to recover from the accident, the doctors recommended her to a physical therapist. My mom would bring me along to her appointments and seeing how they work and help mom which gave me a strong admiration for this occupation. Working on pursing my dreams of becoming a PT, I realized I may not help change the world but I want to help and touch people’s lives individually. I have made small goals like staying in school and becoming a bodybuilder so that I get a better understanding and enhance my knowledge in the body and how it works. I like to research many things about the body so that I always know what I’m doing and so I can put smile on someone’s face as I help them. I guess you can say what I love doing most is making people happy and I feel like Physical therapy is the right major for it. My goal is to be the best there is!
